Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room-temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stir for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while heating to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly until completely dissolved, then set aside for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) with a temperature range of 30ºC~40ºC. Use one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads for optimal results.

2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) at a temperature of 40ºC-50ºC. Maintain a liquor ratio of 1:10~15 for 30 minutes.

3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct a preliminary test and adjust based on outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded location for optimal preservation.
