Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually integrate the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% concentration. Stir consistently for 3~5 minutes while gradually heating to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring gently until fully dissolved, then set aside for later use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce flakes directly into 60~70ºC water, maintaining a 5~10% concentration. Stir gently until thoroughly dissolved, then reserve for subsequent use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance, ensuring longevity and durability.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution). Temp.: Maintain between 30ºC~40ºC for optimal results.
Technology: Apply one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for superior fabric treatment.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution). Temp.: Ensure 40ºC-50ºC for effective application.
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15, with a recommended treatment time of 30 minutes.
3. Test first for intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and tailor the process based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Maintain in a cool, shaded area for up to 12 months for peak performance.
2. Available in robust 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and handling.
