Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stir for 3~5 minutes, consistently heating to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved. Ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring gently until fully dissolved. Ready for immediate use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Choose between one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for best results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes for optimal performance.
3. Test intermixing with other auxiliaries and processes first, then adjust accordingly for optimized results.
Storage & Packing
1. Ensure a storage period of up to 12 months in a cool, shady environment.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags to maintain quality and freshness.
