    Dissolving Method
            Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%, keep stirring and gradually heat to 65-75ºC. Slowly stir until completely dissolve (need 30-60mins), reserve for use.

    Property
            1. Provide excellent soft, fluffy handle feeling.
            2. Provide excellent softness and elasticity.


    Application
           Can be used for cotton and polyester fabrics with softness finish,especially have outstanding softness and fluffy on Acrylic fabrics.
     
    Usage
            1. Padding method: Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution),  Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
                                            Technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
            2. Dipping method: Dosage: 3~8 %(o.w.f ) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC~50ºC 
                                            Liquor ratio: 1:10~15             Time: 30mins


    Storage & Packing
            1. Storage period: 12 months in cool and shady place.
            2. 25kg in plastic woven bag.
            
    Intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and process of the product, please test first and adjust according to the result.
