Specification
1. Fabric type: Same bath dyed fabric, ensuring compatibility and maintaining the fabric's integrity.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring gently for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring and heat the solution slowly to 70~75ºC. Stir until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring slowly until thoroughly dissolved. Reserve for future application.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC, ensuring effective application.
Technology: Employ one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for best results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC, ensuring thorough treatment.
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30mins, optimizing processing efficiency.
3. Before mixing with other auxiliaries or processes, preliminary testing is advised. Adjust based on outcomes for optimal compatibility.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool and shady place to maintain product efficacy.
2. Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure handling and ease of transport.
