Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gently introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring continuously for 3~5 minutes. Maintain this motion as you gradually heat the mixture to 70~75ºC, ensuring complete dissolution. Set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly immerse the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio, stirring slowly to achieve thorough dissolution. Set aside for subsequent application.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Applicable with one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes, ensuring complete absorption.
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, preliminary testing is recommended. Adjustments should be made based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded location to maintain product efficacy.
2. Packaged in robust 25kg plastic woven bags, ensuring safe and secure transportation.
