Dissolving Method
Hot Water Dissolution: To prepare the solution, gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5-10%. Stir the mixture gently for 3-5 minutes. Continue stirring while incrementally heating the mixture to a temperature of 65-70ºC. Maintain slow stirring until the flakes are completely dissolved, then set aside for future use.

Application

Usage
Padding Method: Use a dosage of 20-30g/L with a 10% solution concentration at a temperature of 30ºC-40ºC.
Technology: Opt for either one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads to achieve the best results.
Dipping Method: Apply at a dosage of 3-8% (on weight of fabric) using a 10% solution at a temperature of 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor Ratio and Time: Maintain a liquor ratio of 1:10-15 and process for 30 minutes.

Storage & Packing
Storage: Keep in a cool, shady place to ensure a 12-month storage period.
Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for ease of handling and storage.
