Dissolving Method
1. Cold water:Add the flakes into water at30ºC gradually in proportions of 5~10%,stirring for 3-5 minutes to ensure thorough dispersion. Next, allowit to stand for 1~2 hours, then stir slowly until a paste is formed. Ready to use, reserve for use..
2. Warm water:Add flakes gradually to room temperature water in proportions of5~10%, stirring for 3-5 minutes to blend well. Then, heat to 60~70ºC,and stir slowly to ensure complete dissolution.Ready touse,reservefor use.

Usage
1. Padding:
        Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
        Process: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping:
        Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC~50ºC
        Liquor ratio: 1:10 ~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please test first and adjust as necessary.

Storage & Packing
