Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gently introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then carefully heat the mixture to 70~75ºC. Maintain slow stirring until completely dissolved, ensuring a smooth, ready-to-use solution.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes directly into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio. Stir slowly to achieve a thorough dissolution, resulting in a perfectly prepared solution for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip and one pad, or two dips and two pads for optimum results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility and process integration with other auxiliaries, conduct preliminary tests and adjust as necessary.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool and shaded area to preserve quality.
