Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Begin by adding the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir consistently for 3 to 5 minutes, then gradually heat the mixture to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring slowly until it is fully dissolved, making it ready for immediate use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio. Stir gently until the flakes are thoroughly dissolved, ensuring they are ready for application.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize either one dip, one pad or escalate it to two dips, two pads for enhanced results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30mins
3. For optimal intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct a preliminary test and adjust accordingly based on the results to achieve desired outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Ensure a storage period of 12 months in a cool, shaded location to maintain product integrity.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags to ensure durability and ease of handling.
