Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while slowly heating to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved. Reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes directly into water heated to 60~70ºC at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir slowly until fully dissolved. Reserve for use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) - Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) - Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 - Time: 30 mins
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please test first and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. Each bag contains 25kg and is made of plastic woven material.
