Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring consistently for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring as the temperature is carefully elevated to 70~75ºC for full dissolution; set aside when complete, ensuring readiness for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes directly to water heated to 60~70ºC in a 5~10% proportion, stirring slowly until thoroughly dissolved. Reserve this ready-to-use solution.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Employ one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Employ 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) at 40ºC-50ºC temperature.
Liquor ratio: Maintain at 1:10~15 for 30 mins to achieve perfect results.
3. Compatibility: Test for intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes; adjust according to results for seamless integration.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shady place for up to 12 months to maintain quality.
2. Packaged in a 25kg plastic woven bag for secure storage.
