Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gently introduce the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir consistently for 3~5 minutes. Gradually elevate the temperature to a soothing 70~75ºC, stirring persistently until a thorough dissolution is achieved. Set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Carefully add the flakes into 60~70ºC water, maintaining a 5~10% proportion. Stir delicately to ensure complete dissolution, then reserve for use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Choose between the single dip and pad or the double dip and pad methods
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Before combining with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded area.
2. Packaged in a 25kg plastic woven bag.
