Specification
1. Fabric type: Same bath dyed fabric

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes to room temperature water in a 5~10% ratio. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring as you heat to 70~75ºC. Mix until fully dissolved, then reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water in a 5~10% ratio. Stir slowly until fully dissolved, then reserve for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. To ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please conduct preliminary tests and adjust based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool, shady place.
2. Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags.
