Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring for 3~5 minutes. Maintain stirring as the temperature rises to 70~75ºC until completely dissolved and set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add the flakes to water heated to 60~70ºC in a 5~10% proportion, slowly stir until thoroughly dissolved, and set aside for utilization.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Utilize 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: Maintain 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Opt for one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for best results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Apply 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: Target 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: Balance at 1:10~15 Time: Allow 30 mins for optimal effects.
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, preliminary testing is advised. Adjust based on the test results to ensure maximum efficacy.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf life: Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shady environment to retain quality.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and transport.
