Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% proportion. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then heat the mixture to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved. Reserve for optimal use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% proportion. Stir gently to achieve thorough dissolution, then set aside for application.

Usage1. Padding method:
Recommended dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution). Maintain a temperature range of 30ºC~40ºC. Apply with one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for best results.

2. Dipping method:
Recommended dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) in a 10% solution. Temperature parameters: 40ºC-50ºC.

3. Test the intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes first. Adjust according to the test results for optimal integration.
Storage & Packing 1. Shelf life: Ensure a 12-month storage period in a cool, shaded environment to maintain quality.
