Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Using Hot Water: Gradually introduce the flakes into water at room temperature at a concentration of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes while heating to 70~75ºC. Keep stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside.
2. Direct Hot Water Method: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% concentration. Stir slowly until well dissolved, then set aside for later use.

1. Enhances fabric with superior softness, smoothness, and full handled feeling
2. Displays excellent salt tolerance and alkali resistance, along with a low yellowing property
3. Minimizes impact on fabric whiteness and color shade
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: Add 20~30g/L of a 10% solution Temp.: Maintain at 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Apply one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads for best results
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: Use 3~8% (o.w.f) of a 10% solution Temp.: Adjust to 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: Maintain a ratio of 1:10~15 Time: Ensure a duration of 30 minutes
For compatibility with other auxiliaries, conduct preliminary tests and adjust as necessary based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf Life: Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded area.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
