Specification

Our Softener Flake KR-521 is perfect for same bath dyed fabrics, ensuring consistency and quality.
2. Component
Formulated with a blend of multiple polymeric compounds to achieve optimal performance.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes to room temperature water (5~10% proportion), stir for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring as you gradually heat the mixture to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved. Reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes directly to 60~70ºC water (5~10% proportion) and stir slowly until completely dissolved. Reserve for use.

3. Minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade, maintaining fabric integrity.
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) | Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: One dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) | Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 | Time: 30 minutes
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please test first and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags.
