Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Introduce the flakes gradually into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes while progressively heating to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring gently until fully dissolved, then set aside for application.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly to ensure thorough dissolution, then set aside for application.

Application Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance, ensuring durability and quality.
Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: Apply 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature range of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Utilize either one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Use 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) at a temperature of 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a ratio of 1:10~15 for 30 minutes to ensure thorough treatment.
3. Ensure intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes by conducting preliminary tests and adjusting as necessary based on the outcomes.
Storage & Packing 1. Storage period: Secure in a cool, shady environment for up to 12 months.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for ease of handling and storage.
