Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water Method: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir for 3~5 minutes, maintaining stirring while heating gently to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved. Keep aside for future use.
2. Direct Hot Water: Add flakes directly into water at 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% ratio. Stir slowly to achieve a thorough dissolution. Keep aside for future use.

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Employ either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes should be pre-tested and adjustments made based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage duration: Maintain in a cool, shady environment for up to 12 months.
2. Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags.
