Specification
1. Fabric type: Specifically designed for same bath dyed fabric

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water maintaining a proportion of 5~10%, stir gently for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring while heating slowly to 70~75ºC until completely dissolved for optimal use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly introduce the flakes into water at 60~70ºC in a 5~10% proportion, stirring slowly to ensure complete dissolution, making it ready for effective use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (using a 10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize one dip and one pad, or two dips and two pads for best results
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% on weight of fabric (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: Maintain between 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries by conducting preliminary tests and adjust based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded location to maintain efficacy.
2. Packaged securely in 25kg plastic woven bags for safe handling.
