Specification
1. Fabric type: Same bath dyed fabric

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water in a 5~10% ratio, stirring for 3 to 5 minutes. Continue stirring while heating gently to 70~75ºC. Keep mixing until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes directly into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir gently until they are completely dissolved, then reserve for future use.

Application
Ideal for textiles requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Apply using one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 mins
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and process optimization, preliminary testing and adjustments are recommended.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage duration: 12 months in a cool, shaded environment.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
