Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while gently heating the mixture to 70~75ºC, ensuring complete dissolution. Set aside for subsequent use.
2. Hot water directly: Integrate the flakes into water at 60~70ºC, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly and consistently for thorough dissolution, then set aside for further applications.

Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: Utilize 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ a single dip and pad or double dips and pads technique
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Apply 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) at a temperature of 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: Maintain 1:10~15 for 30 minutes
3. To ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processing systems, it is advisable to conduct tests initially and adjust based on results.
Storage & Packing 1. Guaranteed storage span: 12 months in a cool, shaded location.
