Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water Method: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water (5~10% concentration), stir for 3~5 minutes, then heat to 70~75ºC while stirring continuously until completely dissolved. Ready for use.
2. Direct Hot Water: Directly add the flakes into 60~70ºC water (5~10% concentration), stir slowly until fully dissolved. Ready for use.

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15, Time: 30 minutes for thorough treatment.
3. Always test compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, and adjust accordingly for best results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage: Keep in a cool and shady place for up to 12 months.
2. Packaging: 25kg per plastic woven bag, ensuring easy handling and storage.
