Specification
1. Fabric Type
: Suitable for same bath dyed fabric ensuring seamless integration.

: Composed of multiple polymeric compounds for enhanced performance.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat to 70~75ºC while continuously stirring until fully dissolved. Reserve for use.
2. Hot Water Directly: Add the flakes to water at 60~70ºC in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly until completely dissolved. Reserve for use.
Property
1.Enhances fabric with a soft, smooth, and full hand feeling.
2.Exhibits excellent salt tolerance and alkali resistance, with low yellowing properties.
3. Minimal effect on fabric whiteness and color shade.
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Can be applied using one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads techniques.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15; Time: 30 minutes
3. Ensure intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes by testing first and adjusting according to the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage Period: 12 months in a cool, shady place to maintain product integrity.
2. Packaging: 25kg in a robust plastic woven bag for secure storage and handling.
