Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a 5~10% concentration. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes as you gradually heat the solution to 70~75ºC. Keep stirring until completely dissolved, then reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes into 60~70ºC water, maintaining a 5~10% concentration. Stir gently until they dissolve thoroughly, then reserve for use.

Application
Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L (10% solution) and maintain temperature between 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Choose either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Use 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) and set temperature to 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: Keep a ratio of 1:10~15 and process for 30 minutes
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries by performing a preliminary test and adjust as needed based on the outcome.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool and shady place, effective for 12 months.
2. Packaged in a durable 25kg plastic woven bag for safe storage and handling.
