Innovative Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water Method: Slowly introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring for 3~5 minutes. Maintain stirring while heating gradually to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside.
2. Direct Hot Water: Add flakes directly to 60~70ºC water in a 5~10% proportion, stirring slowly for thorough dissolution, then set aside for use.

1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (prepared as a 10% solution) Temp.: Maintain at 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Employ one dip, one pad or opt for two dips, two pads for best results
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: Use 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: Keep at 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust as necessary.
