Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a concentration of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then gently heat to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved, ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Place flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% concentration, stirring gently until completely dissolved, ready for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: Maintain 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Apply 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: Keep between 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: Soak for 30 minutes for best effect.
3. Compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes should be tested first, adjusting based on results for optimal performance.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Keep in a cool and shady place for up to 12 months.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and transport.
