Specification
1. Fabric type: Same bath dyed fabric
2. Component: Multiple polymeric compounds
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat to 70~75ºC. Keep stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly until completely dissolved, then set aside for use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust as necessary.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool, shaded place.
2. 25kg packed in plastic woven bags.
