Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring as you gently heat the mixture to 70~75ºC, ensuring complete dissolution. Prepare for use.
2. Hot water directly: Submerge the flakes into water at 60~70ºC in a 5~10% ratio. Stir gently until thoroughly dissolved. Ready for application.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. Compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes should be tested and adjusted based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool, shaded area.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
