Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into water at room temperature in a 5~10% concentration. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then heat to 70~75ºC while continuously stirring until fully dissolved. Keep aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water in a 5~10% concentration. Stir gently until completely dissolved, and reserve for application.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes for best performance.
3. Before blending with other auxiliaries or processes, conduct a preliminary test and adjust accordingly for optimal outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Ensure a 12-month shelf life by storing in a cool and shady environment.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenience and durability.
