Dissolving Method
Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a concentration of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, and then slowly increase the temperature to 65~70ºC, maintaining a steady stir until the flakes are thoroughly dissolved, ensuring a solution ready for immediate use.

Application
Ideal for all fiber types and fabrics, particularly those requiring precise color retention and impeccable whiteness.

Usage
Padding Method: Use at 20~30g/L (10% solution) with temperatures maintained between 30ºC~40ºC.
Technique: Employ either a one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads process.
Dipping Method: Apply at 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) with temperatures set at 40ºC~50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain between 1:10~15 with a processing time of 30 minutes.

Storage & Packing
Storage Duration: 12 months in a cool, sheltered environment.
Packaging: 25kg in a durable plastic woven bag.
