Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes while gently heating to a range of 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: For a more expedited process, incorporate the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly to achieve complete dissolution, and reserve for subsequent application.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) with an ideal temperature range of 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Opt for a single dip and pad or double dip and pad process for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) at a temperature of 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 with a processing time of 30 minutes to achieve optimal penetration.
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries, conduct a preliminary test and adjust the process based on results for best outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shady place with a shelf life of 12 months to maintain product integrity.
