Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually incorporate the flakes into room temperature water at a concentration of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes while gently heating to 70~75ºC. Maintain slow stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a concentration of 5~10%. Stir slowly to achieve thorough dissolution and reserve for subsequent applications.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Suitable for one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads applications.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (on weight of fabric) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. To ensure optimal performance, test for intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adjust processes accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shady place to maintain product integrity.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenient handling and storage.
