Specification

1. Fabric type

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring while gradually heating to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved. Reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly until completely dissolved, then reserve for use.

Usage

1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15, Time: 30 minutes
3. Before mixing with other auxiliaries, test first and adjust according to results.

Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
