Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water: Begin by adding flakes to room temperature water in a 5~10% ratio. Stir for 3-5 minutes, then gradually heat to 70~75ºC while maintaining slow stirring until fully dissolved. Keep ready for use.
2. Hot Water Directly: Directly add flakes to water heated to 60~70ºC in a 5~10% ratio. Stir slowly to ensure complete dissolution, and prepare for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employs either a single dip and pad or double dip and pad process.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) with a 10% solution Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15, with a processing time of 30 minutes for optimal results.
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries by testing first, and adjust the process according to results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shaded place with a 12-month shelf life to maintain quality and effectiveness.
2. Securely packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for safe and convenient storage.
