Specification
1. Fabric type: Ideal for same bath dyed fabrics

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring as you slowly heat the mixture to 70~75ºC. Keep stirring until completely dissolved. Reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water at 60~70ºC at a ratio of 5~10%, stirring slowly to ensure complete dissolution. Reserve for use.

Application
Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For intermixing with other auxiliaries or processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded place.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
