Specification
1.Fabric type
: Same bath dyed fabric.

: Multiple polymeric compounds.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes and then slowly heat to 70~75ºC while continuously stirring until completely dissolved. Reserve for later use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly to ensure complete dissolution. Reserve for later use.
Property
1.Imparts fabrics with superior softness, smoothness, and a full hand feel.
2.Exhibits excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and low yellowing properties.
3.Less influence on fabric whiteness and color shade.
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please test first and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
