Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Begin by gradually adding the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then gradually elevate the temperature to 70~75ºC. Keep stirring slowly until fully dissolved. The solution is then ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water pre-heated to 60~70ºC at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly until the flakes are completely dissolved, then the solution is prepared for use.

1. Enhances fabric with a superior soft, smooth, and full handf eeling
2. Exhibits outstanding salt tolerance, exceptional alkali resistance, and a low yellowflowing property
3. Minimally impacts fabric whiteness and color shade
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Apply using one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes: Test initially and adjust based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Effective for 12 months when stored in a cool and shaded area.
2. Packaging: 25kg in a durable plastic woven bag.
