Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir the mixture for 3~5 minutes, slowly heating to 70~75ºC until completely dissolved, ready for application.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio. Stir gently until fully dissolved, ensuring optimal preparation.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Procedure: Utilize one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for best results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf life: 12 months when stored in a cool, shaded environment.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenience.
