Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring while heating gently to 70~75ºC. Stir slowly until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes directly into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% concentration. Stir slowly until completely dissolved, then set aside for immediate use.

Application
Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Apply using one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For intermixing with other auxiliaries and processing, conduct a preliminary test and adjust based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded area.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
