Specification
1. Fabric type: Same bath dyed fabric
2. Component: Multiple polymeric compounds
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water method: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water (5~10% proportion). Stir for 3~5 minutes and heat gradually to 70~75ºC while continuing to stir until completely dissolved. Use as needed.
2. Direct hot water method: Add the flakes directly into 60~70ºC water (5~10% proportion). Stir slowly until fully dissolved. Reserve for use.

2. Excels in salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and low yellowing properties
3. Minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Process: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please test first and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool, shady place.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
