Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Initiate by gradually adding the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes while heating gradually to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Integrate flakes into 60~70ºC water, maintaining a 5~10% proportion. Stir gently until thoroughly dissolved, then reserve for subsequent application.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ a one dip, one pad method or opt for two dips and two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and product processes, conduct preliminary tests and make adjustments based on findings.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded location to maintain efficacy.
2. Securely packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenient handling and storage.
