Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then gently heat to 70~75ºC, maintaining stirring until fully dissolved. Keep on standby for immediate use.
2. Hot water directly: Incorporate flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring gently until fully dissolved. Ready for use thereafter.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ one dip, one pad or an additional two dips, two pads for enhanced softness
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. Test and adjust intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes to optimize results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for 12 months in a cool, shaded area for optimal preservation.
2. Packaged in a 25kg durable plastic woven bag for secure transportation.
