Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually integrate the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a 5~10% ratio. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring while slowly heating to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved. Set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water, adhering to a 5~10% ratio. Stir gently until completely dissolved, then set aside for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Apply using either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Immersion Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries, always perform a preliminary test and adjust based on outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf life: 12 months when stored in a cool and shaded environment.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags, ensuring safety and ease of handling.
