Specification
1. Fabric Type
: Ideal for same bath dyed fabric, ensuring consistent quality and feel.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water Dissolving: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio, stir gently for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat the mixture to 70~75ºC. Continue to stir slowly until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Direct Hot Water: Add the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio, then stir slowly until completely dissolved, and reserve for use.

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Apply using one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads process.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please conduct preliminary tests and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months when kept in a cool, shaded place.
2. Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenience and safety.
