Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Introduce the flakes gradually into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir for 3~5 minutes while gradually heating to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes into water heated at 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly until completely dissolved, then reserve for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal finesse.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For intermixing with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and make necessary adjustments.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded area to maintain product integrity.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenient handling.
