Dissolving Method:
Cold water: During stirring add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5minutes, making it disperse, then leave it stand for 1~2hours, after that stir slowly into paste and reserve for use.
Warm water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5minutes, heat up to 50~60ºC, then stirring 30~60minutes slowly into paste, cool it down
Application:
Can be used for knit, woven and polyester cotton, especially apply for cotton and T/C chemical fiber.
Usage:
Padding method: 20~30g/L(10% solution), temperature 30~40ºC, technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
Dipping method: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
time: 30minutes

2.Storage for 12 months in cool and shady place.
3.Intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and process of the product, please test first and adjust according to the result.
