Specification
1. Fabric type: Suitable for same bath dyed fabrics, ensuring vibrant colors and smooth texture.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Begin by introducing the flakes into room temperature water gradually, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir gently for 3~5 minutes, then slowly increase the temperature to 70~75ºC, stirring consistently until fully dissolved. Set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Carefully add the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly to ensure thorough dissolution, then reserve the solution for application.

Application
Ideal for fabrics demanding high salt resistance, offering enduring performance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L of a 10% solution at a temperature range of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Employ one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Apply 3~8% (o.w.f) of a 10% solution at 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a 1:10~15 ratio, with a processing time of 30 minutes.
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries, conduct tests first and adjust processes accordingly for best results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Ensure a cool and shaded storage environment for up to 12 months.
2. Packaging: Securely packed in 25kg plastic woven bags, ensuring easy handling.
