Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Immerse the flakes into room temperature water gradually at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then heat gently to 70~75ºC while stirring until completely dissolved. Set aside for usage.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a concentration of 5~10%. Stir gently to ensure thorough dissolution, then set aside for subsequent application.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) with a Temperature range of 30ºC~40ºC using a one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads technique.
Technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) at a Temperature of 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 with a processing time of 30 minutes.
3. Ensure compatibility by testing intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adjust as necessary.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded environment.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and handling.
